Military Access to Reproductive Care and Health for Military Servicemembers Act or the MARCH for Military Servicemembers ActThis bill allows Department of Defense (DOD) funds and facilities to be used to perform abortions without restrictions on the reason. Currently, DOD funds and facilities may only be used to perform abortions if the abortion is due to rape, incest, or endangerment of the mother.
