Politically.com presents public polling, federal campaign-finance records, federal and state legislative records, and election-administration survey data for informational and research purposes. It does not provide legal, investment, campaign, or electoral advice.
Source authority
VoteHub, original poll sources, official Federal Election Commission records, Congress.gov and U.S. Senate records, Open States, linked state sources, and the Election Assistance Commission remain authoritative. Data can be delayed, amended, corrected, or incomplete. Follow the displayed source links before relying on a record.
No affiliation or endorsement
Politically.com is not affiliated with any political party, candidate, committee, polling organization, VoteHub, Open States, Plural, the Federal Election Commission, the Election Assistance Commission, or the United States Congress. Displaying a record is not an endorsement.
Permitted use
Use the site lawfully and respect applicable source licenses and provider terms. VoteHub polling data is attributed under CC BY 4.0. Do not use the service to evade provider limits, interfere with operation, or misrepresent cached data as a Politically.com forecast or polling average.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Upstream providers, reporting schedules, amendments, and maintenance can affect freshness. A stale label identifies an older successful cache, not a claim about the provider's health.
