Privacy Policy

Public browsing
Politically.com is designed for sessionless public browsing. There are no accounts or logins, because the site shows only public records and has no reason to know who you are or to keep a history of what you read. Standard server logs may record technical request details for security, reliability, and aggregate operations. The product does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Provider searches and cache
Poll, Congress, and state-legislature pages read only local provider caches. An explicit OpenFEC search may cause a server-side provider request when the 24-hour cache needs a refresh. Open States searches never call the provider. Search-result cache keys are one-way hashes; the product does not store a public search history or expose provider API keys.
Public data
Cached political records come from public provider APIs. Politically.com does not import, search, or republish individual contributor names, addresses, or donor-level records.
Acquisition inquiries
The protected acquisition form creates a guest session, uses one-way rate-limit counters, and sends validated inquiry content by email to 21x20 Media. Inquiry content is not stored in the tenant database.
Questions
Use the private acquisition form only for property inquiries. Politically.com is not a channel for contacting a party, candidate, committee, pollster, VoteHub, Open States, Plural, the FEC, or Congress.
