Milk in the Northeast and Other Marketing Areas; Uniform Pricing Formula Provisions

The Agricultural Marketing Service's (AMS) Dairy Program published a final rule in the Federal Register on January 17, 2025, amending the pricing provisions in the 11 Federal Milk Marketing Orders (FMMOs). This document corrects the Class I differential in Morgan County, Ohio, and removes Shannon County, South Dakota, from the Class I Differential table.
