Removing Duplicative Penalties Information and Reorganizing Certain Parts

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is removing duplicative regulatory provisions, and adding a provision to those parts directing readers to the Sanctions Penalties Regulations where the information is located. OFAC is also moving to an expanded subpart at the beginning of each part information regarding delegations of authority, recordkeeping and reporting requirements, and the Paperwork Reduction Act within multiple parts of the Office of Foreign Assets Control chapter of the CFR.
