ASU is interested in research opportunities that expand the country's understanding and development of irregular warfare. ASU is interested in sustainable funding for research and technology funding at the Department of Defense.

ASU is interested in maintaining funding for environmental research programs at NOAA, including the CAP Program. ASU is interested in continued funding and authorizing of the Urban Waters Program. ASU has interest in supporting continued investments in Arizona's water infrastructure and ozone research projects.

ASU has interest in establishing and maintaining Centers of Excellence in advancing homeland security through cutting edge research, data analytics, and operational solutions.
