Lobbying issues and bill citations

In support of the Improve and Enhance the Work Opportunity Tax Credit Act, which increases credit to reflect inflation and encourages worker retention. In support of the Main Street Certainty Act which makes the IRS Section 199A small-business deduction for certain qualified business income (QBI) permanent for partnerships LLC's and other non-corporate businesses. In support of the Death Tax Repeal Act which permanently repeals a law which imposes a tax on the transfer of property, land and other assets from a deceased family member to heirs of family farms and small businesses. In support of the ALIGN Act which would make permanent full and immediate expensing for American investments in machinery and equipment.
