This bill addresses aviation safety by increasing requirements for aircraft tracking and communication using Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) technology and expanding oversight. H.R. 5634, the Veterans Flight Training Responsibility Act of 2025. The bill would limit veterans ability to pursue flight training under the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
