Track and report on the implementation of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act, Public Law No: 116-9, regarding Title Transfer authority. Assist in communications with relevant agencies, authorizing committees, and delegation regarding Reclamation policy and contract provisions. Track and report on developments regarding the Columbia River Treaty. Track and report on the Bureau of Reclamations programs and funding.

TRA · Transportation

Track and report on Build America, Buy America Act (Public Law 117-58) implementation and proposed waivers. Track and report on the development of the upcoming Water Resources and Development Act (WRDA).

ENG · Energy/Nuclear

Track, report, and engage in the discussions related to the removal of the lower four Snake River Dams.

AGR · Agriculture

Track and report on the U.S. Department of Agricultures programs and funding. Track and report on the development of the Farm Bill.

Track and report on proposed revisions to categorical exclusions under the National Environment Policy Act. Track and report on agency and department-level rulemaking and guidance regarding National Environmental Policy Act regulations and implementation.

Track and report on the FY 2026 and FY 2027 appropriations and budget process.
