PREPARING REGULATORS EFFECTIVELY FOR A POST-PROHIBITION ADULT-USE REGULATED ENVIRONMENT ACT (PREPARE) - H.R. 2935 - S. 3576 - directing the Department of Justice to establish the Commission on the Federal Regulation of Cannabis to study a plausible and prompt pathway to cannabis regulation. HEMP SAFETY ENFORCEMENT ACT - S. 4315 - permitting states and Indian tribes to opt out of the federal hemp production plan and new federal definition of hemp that would ban most hemp-derived THC products.
