The FY26 Energy and Water Appropriations Bill is HR 4553, abd H. Rept. 119-213. It has been marked uo by the House Energy and Water Appropriations SubCommittee and referred to the full House by a Committee vote of 35-27, Action by the Senate awaits tje return of the Congress. The House Energy and Water Appropriations Subcommittee provided $5,578 million for the Florida Keys Water Quality Improvement Project in the "Construction" Section of the bill.
