Lobbying issues and bill citations

Enforcement of the Training Provider Registry within FMCSA's Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) Rule and oversight to increase that enforcement; support and extension of the SDAP Safe Driver Apprenticeship Program; advocacy to increase and extend funding for the CMVOST program; advocacy to condition and limit state access to full CDLPI grant funding if there are CDL skills testing delays and a lack of third-party skills testing in that state.
