Support and further expand tax incentives for charitable giving, oppose limits on individual and corporate giving, promote policies that encourage all Americans to give generously and support the sustainability of the nonprofit sector. Support the Charity Parity Act (H.R. 8783/S. 4511) to incentivize more charitable giving from seniors by expanding Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) beyond Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) to include eligible employer-sponsored retirement plans.
