In support of FY26 Defense Appropriations, including Science and Technology accounts for basic research, and specific increases in human performance, soldier protection, military medicine, regenerative medicine, additive manufacturing, and defense health research programs funded through the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs. In support of FY26 Interior Appropriations for the National Endowment for the Humanities. In support of FY26 State/Foreign Operations Appropriations for selected educational and cultural exchange programs, and certain USAID development assistance funding for wheelchair research and programs. In support of FY26 Transportation/HUD Appropriations for Housing research and technology. In support of an Administration FY26 defense budget request that prioritizes Science and Technology, and within that levelprioritizes defense basic research. In support of funding for biomanufacturing initiatives.
