Lobbying issues and bill citations

To promote the existing strong US cultural and political relations with Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, including requests for members of the House and Senate to join the Senate Baltic Freedom Caucus or the House Baltic Caucus. Support for US-Baltic bilateral security assistance, specifically inclusion of the Baltic Security Initiative (BSI) in the House and Senate FY 2027 National Defense Authorization Act and in the House and Senate Defense Appropriations bills, and appropriations of FMF and IMET in the House and Senate National Security, Department of State, and Related Programs appropriations bill. Support of legislation to increase sanctions on Russia, such as the "Russia Sanctions Act".
