Client supported funding requests from the Water Replenishment Districtin support of the Baldwin Park Clean up of regional groundwater contamination which protects the drinking water supply. funding for this request is currently located in to the House appropriations Subcommittee on Interior and Environment Interior, HR 9172, H.Rept. 119-687, page 26. this FY26 Appropriations bill will likely be a part od and continuing funds that is enacted to keep the Federal government open after October.Appropriations bill bu. in reference to Community Priority Community funding. Additional outreach will be made as this Interior and EPA Appropriations The San Gabriel Valley Water Association ldid contact its House Delegation client also ucontacted Congressional of the HousSenate with regard to funing. The project in question id part of the Santa Ana Dam whose imprint is used to capture run-off which is then funneled into the Main San Gabriel Basin Aquifer. funding for the Water Replenishment which is a regonal agent remediating groundwater in the region. Sought FY26 Appropriations funding from the FY26 Energy and Water Appropriations bill [HR4553] and H:Rept119-213]. This legislation has yet to be considered by the full House or at all in the Senate................................................................... by either the full House or any movement in the Senate we will continue to work with both House and Senate supporting Energy and Water Appropriations funding.
