Charitable Act (S. 317/H.R. 801) to restore tax deductibility for charitable contributions to all Americans that was included in H.R. 1 and broadly support the protection of strong nonprofit sector. Continue to work with Congress to support and further expand tax incentives for charitable giving, oppose limits on individual and corporate giving, promote policies that encourage all Americans to give generously and support the sustainability of the nonprofit sector.
