ANH-USA held a briefing to over 140 attendees at the U.S. Senates Visitor Center to promote Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.'s candidacy for HHS Secretary given the alignment of Kennedy's interests and concerns with those of ANH-USA and its mission, to protect the right of all Americans to choose natural and regenerative, optimum health. ANH-USA leadership, including its President, Executive Director and General Counsel, presented to discuss the urgent need for transparency, patient-centered healthcare, and an end to corporate influence over public health. Following the briefing, meetings were held with 8 Senators, and a new book, co-authored by ANH's Executive Director and General Counsel, 'The MAHA Mandate: Reversing Americas Chronic Disease Epidemic', was physically delivered to every Senator's office. In its lobbying efforts, ANH-USA has also taken soundings from Senators and Representatives over their interests and concerns in making headway to improve health outcomes given that healthy life expectancy among Americans is presently ranked 80th globally.
