Promoted AVS amongst Members of Congress, as well as broader AVS-Magi-related efforts; Title XIV of the Social Security Act, issues related to drug compendia; network accuracy provisions incorporated into the No Surprises Act; monitored ONC re information blocking rule; and clarifying the patient education exclusion provision of the CMS Open Payments Program; and issues related to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Medicaid application and enrollment process; monitored state processes and federal regulations for Medicaid redeterminations. Additionally, via the Appropriations process, we have monitored any SNAP eligibility modifications, as well as clarification of the Open Secrets Act, as it pertains to patient education, the Medicaid Rx compendia vendor language, and preliminary efforts and research on nurse education and Medicare/Medicaid oncology best practice efforts.
