IHA advocated to our Members of Congress as well as to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on issues related to: Medicaid State-Directed Payments, site-neutral policies, the 340B Drug Payment Program, hospital finances, workforce concerns, regulatory relief and other similar topics related to hospital sustainability and operations. IHA also submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on the Calendar Year 2026 Outpatient Prospective Payment System proposed rule and the Calendar Year 2026 Home Health Prospective Payment System proposed rule as well as to the Department of Health and Human Services' 340B Rebate Model Pilot Program.
