Promote solar policy generally at the Federal level, particularly for small solar (mostly rooftop) and storage businesses, and more specifically continuation, or reinstatement of, investment tax credits (ITCs), sections 48E, 25D, in the tax code as extended in PL 117-169 or "OBBBA" as well as reasonable implementation of foreign entities of concern (FEOC) provisions from that law, and strong solar policies at DOE and the Solar office/program or related agencies generally, and continued support and strong implementation of the USDA REAP program (from the farm bill, PL 115-334 as well as OBBBA).
