Submitted comments to Treasury in Response to Request to Modernizing Payments to and from Americas Bank Account, pursuant to Executive Order 14247, advocating for a delay in implementation to the beginning of the calendar year and for refinements in the policy to accommodate situations in which relocation management companies and or corporations are handling international employees tax refunds/payments.
