Supporting ongoing Medicare reimbursement reform, including support of the introduction of the Patients First Act; adverse impacts of the Medicaid work requirements and other program changes from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act; efforts to recall the CY 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Practice Expense rebasing.

BUD · Budget/Appropriations

Fund the Dr. Lorna Breen Provider Protection Reauthorization Act; funding for implementation of the NSA; provisions of the NSA Enforcement Act in report language.
