Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As enacted, generally requires a group policy in this state that provides hospital, surgical, or major medical expense insurance on an expense incurred basis to an employee or member to extend such policy coverage for a period of time when the employee or member has been terminated if certain criteria are met. - Amends TCA Title 56.
