Special Local Regulation; Tennessee River, Florence, Alabama

The Coast Guard is establishing a special local regulation for certain waters of the Tennessee River. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Florence, AL, during a rowing event on September 27, 2025. This regulation prohibits persons and vessels from being in the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley or a designated representative.
