Fees for the Unified Carrier Registration Plan and Agreement

FMCSA is extending the comment period for its April 7, 2026, NPRM, titled "Fees for the Unified Carrier Registration Plan and Agreement," from May 7, 2026, to May 26, 2026. The purpose of the comment extension is to provide an opportunity for the public to access the supporting documentation regarding fee calculations for the 2027 registration year. The comment period is being extended at the request of the Small Business in Transportation Coalition (SBTC).
