Pipeline Safety: Standards Update-NFPA 59

PHMSA is confirming the effective date for a DFR published in the Federal Register on April 24, 2026. The DFR amended PHMSA's regulations at 49 CFR part 192 to incorporate by reference the updated industry standard NFPA 59, Utility LP-Gas Plant Code (NFPA 59).
