Pipeline Safety: Standards Update-MSS SP-75

PHMSA is confirming the effective date for a DFR published in the Federal Register on April 24, 2026. The DFR amended PHMSA's regulations at 49 CFR part 195 to incorporate by reference the updated industry standard MSS SP-75, High-Strength, Wrought, Butt-Welding Fittings.
