Capital Construction Fund Revision; Correction

MARAD published a document in the Federal Register on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, concerning requests for comments to the proposed revision of its Capital Construction Fund (CCF) program regulations and an associated proposed information collection. MARAD already maintains an active information collection under the Office of Management and Budget Information Collection Number 2133-0027 that would provide for all contemplated revisions to the CCF program regulations.
