The Coast Guard is correcting the comment submission deadline in its notice of proposed rulemaking published October 19, 2026, proposing to establish a temporary safety zone for the FRL Inaugural Invitational eFoil Exhibition Race in the Miami Marine Stadium Basin, Miami, Florida. The proposed safety zone would be enforced on November 15, 2026. This correction shortens the comment period so the Coast Guard may consider timely submitted comments before determining whether to issue a final rule in advance of the event.
