Amendment of Class E Airspace; Kinston, NC

This action amends Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface for Kinston, NC, by adding airspace for Lenoir Memorial Hospital Heliport, Kinston, NC. This action also updates the coordinates for Kinston Regional Jetport at Stallings Field, Kinston, NC. Controlled airspace is necessary for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at this airport.
