Amendment of Class E5 Airspace Over Elizabeth City, NC

This action amends Class E5 airspace over Elizabeth City, NC. This action adds Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface within a 6-mile radius of Sentara Albemarle Medical Center Heliport. This addition of airspace is necessary because of new instrument approach procedures that have been developed for the heliport.
