This action modifies the Class E airspace area designated as a surface area (Class E2 airspace) and Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface (Class E5 airspace) to optimize instrument flight procedure containment at the Ralph Wien Memorial Airport, Kotzebue, AK.
