Establishment of Class E Airspace, Shelter Cove Airport, Shelter Cove, CA

This action proposes to establish a Class E airspace area extending upwards from 700 feet above the surface of the earth at Shelter Cove Airport (K0Q5), Shelter Cove, CA. K0Q5 is transitioning from a visual flight rules (VFR) to an instrument flight rules (IFR) airport. Additionally, this action would establish a controlled airspace area for the airport, providing coverage to arriving IFR aircraft descending below 1,500 feet above the surface and departing IFR aircraft until reaching 1,200 feet above the surface.
